<h1>Terms of use</h1> <p class="note">Last updated 12 September 2026</p> <h2>1. Who we are</h2><p>izah.ai is operated by Hayfa Tarımsal ve Hayvancılık San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., Menteşe / Muğla, Türkiye ("İzah", "we"). Contact: support@izah.ai.</p> <h2>2. What the service is — and is not</h2><p>İzah produces plain-language explanations of Turkish documents and consistency reports about Turkish suppliers, generated with automated tools including artificial intelligence. İzah is an information service. It is not a law firm, does not give legal advice, does not represent you before any authority, and does not replace a lawyer, a sworn translator, a notary or the issuing office. Deadlines and amounts are read from the document you provide and may be wrong; always confirm them with the issuing office or a lawyer before acting.</p> <h2>3. Supplier check</h2><p>The supplier check compares the information you provide with public sources and checksums. It is not a credit report, a registry extract or a guarantee. A "consistent" result does not mean a company is honest or a transaction is safe, and an "inconsistent" result is not an accusation. You remain solely responsible for any payment you make.</p> <h2>4. Your obligations</h2><p>You may only upload documents that concern you or that you are authorised to have explained. You must not upload documents of third parties without their consent, use the service to harm anyone, or attempt to overload or reverse-engineer it. We may limit or refuse use that appears abusive.</p> <h2>5. Lawyers directory</h2><p>Lawyers listed on İzah are independent professionals who asked to be listed. İzah does not employ them, does not vouch for them, does not take part in any engagement between you and a lawyer, and does not receive a share of any fee. Any contract is between you and the lawyer.</p> <h2>6. Payment and refunds</h2><p>During the launch period the service is free. When paid reports are introduced, prices will be shown before purchase, payments will be processed by our payment provider as merchant of record, and a report that could not be produced will be refunded.</p> <h2>7. Data</h2><p>How we handle your documents and data is described in the <a href="/privacy">privacy notice</a>. In short: the file is processed in memory and not stored; ID numbers are removed before AI processing; the report is deleted after 7 days or when you delete it; the PDF we e-mail you is your copy.</p> <h2>8. Liability</h2><p>To the extent permitted by law, İzah's liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned, and İzah is not liable for indirect losses, missed deadlines, or decisions taken on the basis of a report. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.</p> <h2>9. Governing law</h2><p>These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Muğla have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.</p>
