<h1>About İzah</h1> <p class="lede">İzah (إيضاح — “explanation”) exists because official post in Türkiye is written for Turks, and hundreds of thousands of people who live, work, invest or trade here are not.</p> <h2>What we do</h2> <p>A tebligat from a court, a letter from the tax office, a tapu, an SGK notice, a residence-permit decision, a contract from a landlord: you photograph it or forward the PDF, and within a minute İzah tells you in your own language what it is, who sent it, what it asks of you and — most importantly — by when. The report is e-mailed to you as a PDF and the document itself is never stored.</p> <p>For importers buying from Türkiye, the <a href="/check">supplier check</a> reads the proforma you were sent and compares every detail — tax number, bank account, domain, phone, official barcodes — against public sources, so you know what is consistent and what is not before you pay.</p> <p>And when a document needs a professional, the <a href="/lawyers">lawyers directory</a> lists independent Turkish lawyers by the languages they speak and their years at the bar. They register themselves and maintain their own listing.</p> <h2>How it works</h2> <p>The document is read on our own server, where Turkish ID numbers, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and card numbers are blacked out. Only the redacted pages go to the AI model that writes the explanation. Deadlines are computed from the dates on the document and shown with the rule they come from, so you can check them. We say plainly what we could not read or verify.</p> <h2>What we are not</h2> <p>İzah is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. It tells you what a document says so that you can act in time and ask the right person the right question.
